When you submit a service request through the Dr. Handyman Assistant, you provide details such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of your air conditioning issue. Requests made by phone or email contain whatever information you choose to share.
How it is used
We use this information to review your request, schedule a visit, contact you about timing, and perform the service you asked for. We do not sell your information.
Assistant and scheduling
Booking on this site is handled by the central Dr. Handyman Assistant and our dispatch team. Information you enter in the assistant is processed by that central system so a technician can be scheduled.
Retention
Service records are kept for as long as needed to provide service, respond to follow-up questions, and meet ordinary business record requirements.
Your choices
