Using this site
This website provides information about the air conditioning services of Dr. Handyman Service and a way to request an appointment. Content is provided for general information and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection.
Requests and confirmations
Submitting a request through the assistant, by phone, or by email is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once central booking is completed and our dispatch team has received and acknowledged it.
Estimates and pricing
Any figures discussed before an inspection are preliminary. Final pricing depends on what we find on site, and we review recommended work with you before proceeding.
Images on this site
Gallery images are clearly labeled illustrative examples used to explain common conditions. They are not photographs of specific customer homes or completed customer projects.
Access and safety
Service visits require safe access to the thermostat, indoor equipment, and outdoor unit. If access is unavailable, a visit may need to be rescheduled.
